Bobber for a musky😂
Lake bemidji?
I see you have kids, any real good spot you found for pan fish?
Nice video!
That was great!!! That happens.
Nice netting job!!!😊
I caught a muskie around that first spot
We were having success very shallow like 4-7 ft with those dock fish. The pike were a bit deeper off the drop offs from 10-13 casting to about 5-8 depending on the weed edge.
love the video! awesome to see your kid enjoying the fishing with you! Wondering how deep you were fishing and was there anything in specific you were looking for as you were fishing?
Do you know any good walleye spots on white bear
I haven't focused walleye much on white bear lake. But the point off the Island and the 15-20 foot flat near the 80 ft hole are the only spots I've caught any.
i was there in mn at that lake on my boat omg
i was at that boat stop
Nice. I caught my only musky on Bald Eagle a few years ago. I didn't fish for them, but saw one roll in the water near the lily pads just north of the rocks. I had a 3/16 oz spinnerbait on my light spinning rod, so I tossed it over near where the roll was. Because of the pike in there, I always had a short braided steel leader. Bam! I measured it after landing it. Just 36" long, but a surprise catch for sure. Fun day!
Awesome catch
What are you throwing?
Spinners and swim baits mostly. Then trolling 5-7 inch cranks
Very helpful video. Thanks!
I enjoyed your video. Looks like we may fish the same areas. I live and Ham Lake and just got a boat this past winter. We fished the opener on Clear Lake. Did alright pitching plastics in the shallows on the wind blown side. Tried again the next weekend and it was really slow. Planning on trying Forest Lake next. If you have any pointers I’d love to connect.
Next video dropping has a forest lake focus.
Been there ..seen that!!!! It's called part o fishing 🐠 🐟 🎣
Seen this many times. Take off that prop and you'll be guaranteed to see this too.
I haven't played war thunder in years but dam, Gaijin really knocked it out of the park with the naval update!!! I didn't know they were going to include fishing as part of naval, and they improved the graphics so much it looks almost like real life!! It's really cool that you've been playing it with your kid too, it's so wholesome :) . I gotta download this game again!
Yeah, they really hit it home with the father son patch 1.25 🤣
Nice breakdown! I live 15 min from the lake and definitely want to start fishing it more! Two questions, where have you had most success for crappies? How deep can the crappies suspend on this lake in the summer?
I’m sure they suspend deeper than i’ve caught them. I’ve never really caught anything deeper than 15 to 20 ft.
Why give away info that anyone who cares and is determined enough to research for themselves can dig up with fair effort? I don’t get it. Thanks for contributing to the downfall.
I appreciate the criticism. I do truly believe that there are people who are looking to catch fish and the information is tough to come by. Hopefully if someone watches my channel they are going to respect the waters and follow conservation basics. That being said if I have knowledge that can help someone and I can be the source of research why should I withhold it?
No one has ever duck hunted on forest lake
Your wife put on a clinic. Well played!
Looks like a nice day if fishing with the boy. Hope to get a boat this winter so I can take my little man out next year. Thanks for posting videos and breakdowns of some of the local lakes.
What bait is that topwater
Topraider
The lake is bad no one should go there. 👀👀😉😉
AWESOME " CHEERS from "TIGER'S ONLY" IDAHO! new sub
awesome thanks for sharing
My wife and I fish this lake quite a bit. What kind of lures do you recommend for casting in a lot of these areas? I would love to get her a big bass before this season ends.
I would do a swim jig or wacky rig a gary yamamoto senko and work the weeds.
I'm a beginner trying to learn how to fish so I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge! I'm mostly fishing Powers Lake in Woodbury but it's so hard to get a bite there with all the pressure. Would be awesome if you can do breakdowns for shore fishing as well!
Nice!
That was exciting just watching!!! I think That kid will someday be a guide.
2nd launch has parking across the street
Right. Thanks for the correction. I don’t like that launch so definitely an oversight by me.
Bro why the fuck havent these videos popped up in my feed, been subbed since like 2012.
I did have quite a long hiatus, but glad to see some of the og’s still here 😎
Hi
Hi, enjoying the content? Any suggestions?
@@JJJ0nas maybe a bass fishing wbl vid or maybe some sort of pond video but lots of ponds in mn don’t have fish or how to catch musky for a noob
Creo que el niño está
Awesome breakdown review!
Thanks mike!
Hey I live by wb
Welcome to the channel. That lake is one of my favorites.
New sub ! Liked 🙏👏😉
Thanks for the sub and like.
How is the bass fishing on that large lower mid lake hump that you like to fish?
It's okay I like fishing the weed edges off the islands for bass more. I have a few shorts that I'll post that show where I've caught the fish. The star that you see listed is where I caught a pb bass in the video. ua-cam.com/video/ayUlmKNSZz4/v-deo.html That's the link to 4:42 in the video where I caught a monster bass.
Thank you! I know this is mainly musky oriented but do you have any favorites for big pile? Possibly the same spots you’re mentioning because they are similar type fish?
@@dustinanderson1866 Yeah, I mostly catch pike and west rush/east rush is one of the better opportunities outside of minnetonka or mille lacs to break 40"
New sub ! Liked 😄✌️😀❤️
Thanks for the sub.
Sure looks like fun. That little kid is a great fisherman!
OMG HE LIVES!!!!! damn i've legit been subscribed for the same amount of time i've had a YT account☠(near a decade), glad you're doing well
Thanks guys for keeping with me. It's been a long while and I've been busy with kids, but the warthunder crew are my og's
I jumped alittle on your jerk!
very cool
Just started muskie fishing. Looking forward for some tips on fishing and lure building.
I think you're in the next one.
Well time has flown! What an unexpected but welcome video! 🐟
It feels good getting this going again and time truly has flown. :)
