For more than 50 years, Collage New Music has consistently brought distinguished and compelling performances of exhilarating music from this and the last century to Boston audiences. Comprising Boston’s finest musicians, including members of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, the ensemble was founded in 1972, and led for two decades, by renowned former BSO percussionist Frank Epstein. In 2024, composer Eric Nathan became Artistic Director of Collage. Collage New Music continues to intrigue, challenge, and thrill its audiences with insightful programming and inspired performances.
