What actually is yhe purpose of the dude in the middle? He doesn't seem to do anything but hold the wire, which seems pointless. Please explain

The guy in the middle has to hop onto a stand so the wire doesn't cut his legs off. Smooth. I heard that when people hook barracuda on the beach they have to shout at the other beach goers to clear the beach for the same reason. No offence to anyone that has lost their legs, in fact I'd like to dedicate this winning first comment to all those guys. I already had a bbq and cigar earlier to celebrate being first on the: eyes on cinema UA-cam video. If you're into ufos, it's great, and has loads of good footage of genuine craft too.

Depends on the internal layout of the car, all cars used to run acw but now most run cw, no rule.

Prop cars seem fun, I've got a vintage .020 that would make a great prop car.

My kit parts from Alex seem to be arriving today so I'm getting ready to work on my build. Perhaps one day I'll head across the pond to come run at the Buckminster track.

Hopefully I'll have some videos at the Seaford NY track at some point with my diesel I'm building!

I've got a Cox .020 that would be great for an air car build, was thinking of a Daytona Charger and using the wing as the mounting point and prop guard. Perhaps do a super light brass frame similar to a slot car and a body shell made with thin balsa.

Love the sound of the diesels, nice throaty deep brap.
