Both great bikes, you can't go wrong either way. My opinion is that the SEF is best suited for the fast or open trails where as the SE shines in the slow technical snotty stuff. Both very capable in either scenario. All the best.

Yeah but of a slot car track at times which helps when you can’t see where the hell you are going - a little overgrown!

Yeah it certainly copped some abuse, lucky it can take it. Bumped up the idle a bit and going to try some different tranny oil. If all else fails then I will just have to learn how to ride.

Hey man, yeah can’t beat a carb for that extra grunt. Great traction and the counter balance was added in ‘21 which is not quite as good as the KTM but honestly not an issue at all. If you are looking for a new bike don’t hesitate, the thing is a beast. It allows a hack like me to enjoy the gnarly stuff. Thanks for the feedback.

Yeah totally agree, now that some racing authorities prohibit attaching cams to the helmet I have stopped watching most riders videos. It think Zac attack has a shoulder mount which is probably the best compromise and watchable but otherwise it make me quite nauseous when watching chest mount footage.

Yes very slick! Easy to get caught out on the roots, logs and branches after the amount of rain we have been having. Cheers.

No same bike. The wrap around cover was just to hold a phone which had maps of the area as we had no idea where we were going :)

KYB. All factory edition have KYB. WP are on the racing versions prior to ‘22 models. Riding Enfield. 👍

@@sherco300se I got a 2020 Racing with WP love it just don't love the feel from the front end.

@@johntarenidis9338 I highly recommend getting your suspension sorted professionally if you haven’t already. Mine certainly feels more planted now. Dropping the forks through the triple clamps would make it feel more stable if that’s what you are after.

Hi Matt, agreed great bikes. This is my first Sherco and first 2-Stroke. I am now converted for life to the breed. This is a place near Anglesea, Victoria Australia.

Hey Paul, yes was stalling a bit that day but mostly pilot error and my idle was set very low. I have it idling a bit stronger now which has certainly made a difference when the finger gets tired and I let it off for too long.

@@paulstandbridge7411 I actually took my bike to Darren who sorted me out as it was unridable off the showroom floor. Check my last vid. You will notice how much better the idle was.

Any chance you could share those jetting specs (ie which needle) Thanks

@@Gregamz the needle is the secret ingredient which is not shared but it is a tapered needle, I think it may be from a Yamaha. Worth spending a few bucks and purchase one from Darren.

Yep sure is. Will be glad when things warm up a bit. Was zero degrees driving there but probably warmed up to 12 deg ❄️
