I bought a drone in 2018 with the idea that I would use it for post retirement work and found myself falling in love with videography so I started this channel as a hobby to create videos and share with the world.
Surreal early morning ambiance at Maryland's Swallow Falls Canyon Trail | 3 Waterfalls!
During our trip to Deep Creek Lake this year, I ventured out to Swallow Falls Canyon Park which is home to 3 waterfalls. Even though Tolliver Falls was not what I was expecting the park that early in the morning was so surreal. The peacefulness of the sounds was so mesmerizing I decided to leave the sounds instead of using music. I hope you enjoy. The video does not do this place enough justice. You have to go and see it for yourself. You will NOT regret it.
Drone was flown by a FAA Part 107 certified pilot in Class G airspace so no authorization was needed. The drone was never flown around people or wildlife.

Our 2024 trip to Deep Creek Maryland was nothing short of amazing! From the spectacular views down to the AirBnB we stayed. Here is a quick video of a sunrise over Isle of Palms South Carolina. Unfortunately we only had one day without clouds and or rain so I took full advantage and put the drone up. Well worth it! I am FAA Part 107 certified, the flight was 200 feet and in Class G airspace so no approval was needed. A few years ago my dad, brother and I decided to do a Father Son's golf outing every year. This year the schedule had us planning right around Father's Day so it was perfect. This outing we decided to try the PGA rated courses at the Mission Inn in Howey-in-the-Hills Florida. The courses tested our skills that's for sure but we had a blast! I've been visiting Deep Creek Lake since the late 60's - it is one of Maryland's best places to visit. I learned to sail on DCL when I was just a young boy back in the day. It's been 7 years since my last visit there - a 4 day/ 3-night tour of the area. In fact, in your video @ 1:23 mark my condo appears in the background - Will O' the Wisp. Just about that time for me to go back there too. It's just different in Western Maryland. Besides the Lake and its many boating activities- there are State Parks for nature hiking. The view from the top at the Wisp Resort after the ski lift ride is spectacular. Thanks for posting this video.

I go to the Arbutus parade every year and we always park in the parking lot across from sorrentos and we always sit infront of sorrentos. I could even see my car sitting in the parking lot in this video lol. If you slow the video down at 2:19 you can see my car 4 cars up in the middle row of the parking lot.
I was a Police Officer, just retired in 2023, and for more years than I can remember I have always had to work and was detailed to that parade was well as the Catonsville parade and fireworks. This was the first year since moving to midnight shift that I was able to be a part of the crowd. So much fun making this video and now that I am retired I plan on making so much more.
