These techniques of choosing specific words over other are like business gemicks. They just don't work. With due respect the root cause of the problem of not choosing the right word in the conversation is too much self consciousness and vulnerability. Words are the only the reflection of emotions.

I was looking for it Business Formal, Business Casual and casual in Indian wear.

Thanks for sharing but I don't like the idea to open the system and show it to your manager right away. No one will like it and it will also show that you are being defensive Take a proper not and schedule a separate session to talk only on your way forward to be more specific
