Waist Stretch

This is a basic waist stretch that will help you with your kicking. Open your legs as far apart as possible. Bend forward at the waist and reach out as far as you can. Try not to bounce and hold the stretch for at least thirty seconds. To get the most out of your stretch, be sure to exhale on the way down and inhale when you come up. This is a basic leg stretch. I suggest you do this every day for at least 5 minutes. Like a said before, to learn Mac-fu you must be flexible. Start off with something waist high then work your way up to eye level ( or higher if you can )

Hak Fu Pai means Black Tiger Claw. Changed to honor grandmaster Wong Moon Toy to Fu Jow Pai means Tiger Claw.
I find this was done in poor taste and did not depicts real old fu jow. I find it Incredible that not one MENTION of Sifu Hui Cambrelen and his contribution to the fu jow pai was depicted in this so called documentary. A true champion and representatives of the this style should not be disrespected in this manner..!

LMAO!!!! I did this 15 years on a sony handycam It was for a film class in College. Kung fu school has nothing to do with camera. and I just stared was only there about 4 years. You should see me know. I' currently an Instructor and I'm a hell of alot better. Would you like to spar and find out or do you just talk BS on the Internet :)

Ay Im trying to learn Northern Shaolin in particular is Northern Tiger Kung fu. Is Black Tiger Northern or Southern? I already know Southern Tiger from Hung Gar and Im tired of Southern Kung Fu. Please answer back at ur earliest convenience so I know how to pursue Northern Tiger, thank u.

I don't know if there are many Northern Tiger styles. "Shaolin" gets thrown around a ton. What I can tell you, is Black Tiger shares many similarities with Hung Fist. If you are looking to get away from Hung Gar style training...maybe tiger styles aren't for you.
