I had a blue 91 with the baffle restrictions taken out of exhaust and Cr 125 end pipe it was rapid , top speed was 79 mph brilliant on trails and more reliable than Mx bike

Just as a note marine grease should be used for impeller and parts not copaslip as it states its really toxic to all aquatic life so shouldn't be used in water

I too have the same engine . Having trouble getting it to run without choke . Cleaned carb I think l may have missed the idle jet , as it will run ok now but not idle . Anyone got any ideas or manuals for this motor and where did you source the parts from for the rebuild .

This motor scoots on a canoe transom.. Just need to extend the handle out a few feet

Great video buddy. I have the same engine. How much did it cost to complete all this work? I just had a carb and Serivce done on mine for approx £250, but the mechanics are saying it’s not really worth putting money into such an old motor (which infuriates me!!)
