II have had quite a few good laughs watching Cannon on METV. I uploaded a video of that scene. I called it "Cannon Chooses Belly Bop Over Fat Karate Chop."

You know what we exclaim if somebody who does not have obligations is not out on a weekend like that. WEAK!!!!! I am about to head out to the tennis courts for some dubs. It is a beautiful afternoon.

Thanks. Danny is doing much better now, but we almost lost him in early September. He was rushed to the ER overnight, and the doctors said if they had waited until morning, he would probably no longer be with us. I just talked to him this morning, and he sounded good.

It has claimed two of mine that failed to hyzer back right on my forehand throws that I start over the water a few holes later.

I'd lost a whole bag of discs trying to get over some water holes. I find before you get to Water, throw about a dozen discs on land get projectory correct. Then just have no beer, I mean fear. LOL

In hindsight, I should have stayed put for at least one more shot, but it was a fun rally. Craig has some tennis footage on his channel, including recent matches where Horrible Rex can be found.

I agree with you. Jay from 1994 to 1996 is some of the best radio ever, and I say that as somebody who came down on the other side of most issues. I have a small playlist of some of his material from that period. Now show us that secret handshake.

These courts in Crete have gone downhill considerably since you last hit with me here. And it is a shame that those courts where we played on those cool, crisp autumn nights so many moons ago are in the same shape as these. I am glad the high school courts near your abode are new and waiting for Horrible Rex to visit. I look forward to hitting with you, the lad, and others in DeKalb County.

I remember Jay being a big wrestling fan. I wish I had some footage of wrestling discussions on tape. Jay was so entertaining. I miss him.

I want the wind chill to be at least a little above zero, Raru. I will be playing tennis tomorrow...indoors at the club. I took a Christmas Eve stroll last year a little after 8 pm, and it was 56 degrees. I wore a light jacket. I did do a 10-minute stroll last night with multiple layers. How about both, amigo? I was at the stoplight at Lincoln and the street by the Marathon station. Next thing you know, I am telling myself that Prairie is only a half mile or so away. As soon as that light turned green, I turned right instead of continuing straight to get on Peace Rd and hit up ole Prairie Park.

This is one of the toughest of nearly100 9-hole courses I have played. I only bagged one deuce this round. It is a lot easier to bag deuces at Castaldo Park and O'Brien Park, which I played the same day that I played Knoch Knolls last week.

Greetings, fellow disc golfer. I just played Knoch Knolls Tuesday of last week. I noticed the totem disc golf god is now dead. I saw him lying dead and powerless in the rough instead of standing tall and powerful not far from the 16th basket. I bet you have visited the Canyons, the disc Mecca of the Chicago suburbs.

Horrible Rex is known in DeKalb County? How about dat? I wonder if he is familiar with "Toin ova, Joey!" You have to hit up Da Canyons before the year ends. I want to hit up the new course in Sycamore next time I come up that way for disc and tennis. Speaking of tennis, I have a doubles match lined up this morning. I assume you and da lad are meeting up with the group at the high school courts this afternoon.

I have had more embarrassing moments on the 6th hole. I have hit that tree about ten feet off the tee a few times, including one time with you back in '08. Hill and I had the place to ourselves for the first two of the three rounds we played at Campton that day. There were no trust fund 'mokers to be found. Maybe they thought it was a little too hot to play. "WEAK!!!!!!!"

I have had a few hit chains, but I am yet to ace that or any hole at Campton. Hope you enjoy your next stop at Campton.

No, sir. Just that section. It was the last hole, so I did not have to deal with wet feet for any length of time. Hill and I are headed to The Oaks in Mokena this morning. I am sure he will be hoping for me to hit sone of those oaks. JAJAJA

Dad liked the show and Wm Conrad but I know he watched because even as a boy I was incredulous that Cannon never missed with his snubbie and had unimpeachable self-defense moves, including these devastating judo chops. Dad tried to explain, to his great amusement, how it was all legit and that Frank was just a gourmet, deceptively fit, stud. Seeing Frank in action on rerun now after 50 yrs, I can plainly see that my dad was wise!- lol. I just wish I had a son to watch as he watches Frank Cannon swing into action, pointing out bad food, taking over cookouts, chopping baddies into oblivion (and prison), rolling in that Lincoln, and not taking schi!tt off of anyone. You rocked it, Frank. I'm going to have a big, unhealthy late lunch in your honor big guy (though it will not meet Frank's gourmet standards).

Those dudes weren't too bad, but I am certain you and I could take either of them in singles or doubles. We should meet up in Streamwood for some disc and tennis some time in 2022. We had some fun doing that back in 2008 and 2009.
