When I see videos leaking or reviewing upcoming sets, that is when I know it will be between six and eighteen months before I can get them on sale. The only time I consider paying MSRP is if there is a worth while GWP. Even then, it hardly justifies the cost.

No, there are still small affordable sets. As for the bigger expensive sets, they are more complicated, have more details (and unique ones) than stes from 20 years ago, so higher prices are justified. Also, these $400-$500 sets are not even positioned as kids toys, they are models and statues from brick for adult collectors

Yes it’s giving RIP OFF more and more They feel cheap I remember when I was a little boy legos felt firm like hard shiny plastic it hurt to bite Now all my legos beak (they’re on display) less than 6 months from being built and Lego now just feels cheap and light and ir sucks ugh😢

Never have had them break but never say never appreciate the support & opinion!
I have many sets on display for way longer than six months and they don’t break. I don’t recommend biting them, and they’re not intended to be eaten. Though I agree the prices are getting out of hand. It seems the cost is a noted concern in every set review video I’ve seen in the last year.
