I think my next extra purchase will be another orchid - lol - I recently lost one (it was a rescue plant), so maybe over summer I'll get another one. @@TheWinningWallet don’t give up on the orchid! I had one crust didn’t bloom for a year and it came back! But I think you should still get another one! We call them “report cards” here, definitely a busy time for teachers! It will all be over soon enough then it’s time for summer holidays! One big saving accomplishment I had this year was fully maxing out my tax free savings account (I think it’s the same as a Roth, limit this year was $7000 but around $95,000 total room) I plan on using it for retirement purposes since I don’t have a pension but it was 7 years of hard work to get there! Now I’m saving for next years contributions so I can max out again in January!

Thank you Katie - and you are SO RIGHT. I forget that every single MONTH I am paying them to keep my apartment up to date and running well. Good news with the a/c; my bill is cut by more than half!! So that helps too. And yes girl - you have made leaps and bounds in your savings and investments and smashing your goals - you could and would absolutely prepare for summer if you had to!!!
