Stick - great guy etc. but still nobody knows his actual role at the Boks! Not much experience as a main head coach either. Also, the guy will be set up to fail if he follows on from the most successful era in our history. Fans will only accept him matching all of Rassie's achievements. Same with Deon, same with any white coach too - you don't want to coach the Boks directly after Rassie leaves. Bottom line is we have to be smart to avoid another Allister era!

Van Graan has done miracles, but will he want to inherit Rassies people? Coaches like to bring their own people. Vermeulen need to head up a province as head coach first. Stick is high up and knows the systems and has experience but does he have Rassies innovative thinking? More questions than answers I'm afraid

Who ever when the day comes takes over from Rassie has to be someone that has been with Rassie for a while. He has to know the setup and the way Rassie works because you can not change something that is working. The only person I can see that has that advantage is Sticks. He has been with Rassie and Boks for years now.

When it comes to coaching The Media feeds us Tony Brown, Jerry Flannery, Dan Human, even Duane. The only time i see Stick And Deon is at a press conference. I just wanna make sure my guy Stick isnt being included for decoration purposes as potential head coach. All the other candidates mentioned have plenty of experience as Head Coaches, Stick has very little if any.

Stick will be next coach. Rassie will surround him with good staff and Rassie as DoR will mentor

"That's the kinda depth the boks have" I thought depth refers to the different positions one player can cover/play... find something else to do bra and stop labeling the players into 1st and 2nd team. Every game is about the best player for that specific game.
