That's the 24-hour clock. The small hand is for morning and the big hand is for afternoon/night.
For some reason, it appeared that not all the world times were always correct or synced right; TYO, CHI, for example, weren’t correct, if compared to one’s phone time. Please correct me, if I was wrong.
It doesn’t account for daylight savings, not every country uses it

I just bought this watch and was able to get everything all setup except the day of the week marker. I can't get that one to move no matter what I do. So if anyone can tell me how to set that part I would appreciate it.
Pull the crown out to the second position to stop the seconds hand at the 12 o’clock position. Rotate the crown clockwise for 24 hours to change the day. The day will change at approximately 5am, so you will see the day change at 5am after you have rotated the time past midnight. After you have set the day, you can then set the time. When you have finished setting the time, push the crown back in. To change the date, pull the crown out to the first position, then rotate the crown counterclockwise to change the date, and push the crown in when you have set the date. To check if your watch is showing am or pm, look at the 24 hour dial at the 6 o’clock position.

Does the world time automatically change as your time changes hour to hour?
No it doesn't. The watch would probably cost $1000 or more if it did so as this would have to add more gears and stuff to make the global time bezel move. No, you just have to always know your local time in military time and then manually move the global time bezel to line up according to your current time zone and then all the other global times will be lined up as well. It is actually so easy to read global times on this watch even a child could learn to do so.

It's not a true GMT watch
It's a dual time zone watch, not a gmt watch. There's a difference. It's not advertised as a gmt watch either.

No it’s Chicago. Bc NYC is EST and in this example it would be 11AM and Chicago is Central -1 hour behind EST and Denver is 1 hour behind Chicago central time zone so 9AM. There is HKG for Hong Kong and there’s also BJS for Beijing on the other side of the dial.

What is the difference between a watch with a month/day feature and a perpetual calendar feature?
a perpetual (not on this watch) keeps the date accurate. If not you need to keep setting it if the watch goes flat.

Does it hold up well? is it easy to scratch it?
It holds up well but several light coats does the best 2-3. If you lay it on heavy, it seems to scratch and peel easier.

Good video. I have never owned a Ruger 1911, but I am strongly considering this one. Interesting fact, when Colt designed the Commander for a US Army solicitation in 1949, it was a "lightweight" alloy frame gun, chambered in 9mm.

No, the 9MM version uses a ramped barrel. The .45 ACP version uses the titanium feed ramp.
