Holy fucking shit, this works and this is not a botted comment, worked on my friend's windows 10, he forgot the password for the UAC, used this method then bam had access to his admin account and did everything I needed to do, now I own his laptop lol.

For the ones like me that I get the error: SAM file read-only and can't change it with NT Password Edit. I found that instead of that app, use the First One instead: Lazesoft Password Recovery, this worked fantastic for me, Open it, choose the User you want to clear the PW, Apply, Close Restart and Bingo, Super easy. This one Clears the PW, means that when you restart you don't need No PW at all. You can Set a New PW later if you want.
