    i think you can just save your assembly as stl and they will automatically convert all the part into stl format, but im not sure if it will repeatedly save the same nut and bolt part.

    It seemed to take a big cut out of those pieces it missed on the bean cutouts. Looks like it took the whole length of the cutter?

    what... ? 🤔 so.... its doesn't matter, how much parts in my assembly fill, if I want to 3d print ill need to make stl file of each part one by one. right ?

      you can copy paste them in cura. you can either print them sequentially or at once, sequentially is better, but it requires the ability to print them separately without intertwining with the print head.

    Hi, I'm working in a project with Siemens CPU1500 and I would like to try to integrate your project using the arduino to send the values from the encoder to the arduino and the arduino to the PLC using TCP ModBus with a ethernet shied v2. From all projects I have seen your is the on can fit in my project. After I can send you all the project I have made. thanks

    The elevators in my building have floor-to-ceiling aluminum mirrors that look almost better than regular crystal mirrors. I'm glad someone is showing results on UA-cam since it seems impossible to find any content on this type of work.

    Thank you soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much . I have been trying to figure this out for weeks now . A previous engineer where i work had made this great tooling fixture to check fits on parts we manufacture. I took over his position after he left . I not really knowing what to search for have been watching every video under the sun. spending hours scratching me head lol . One thing to note for anyone who reads this comment . Make sure you check the configure box this configuration in both the extrude and the sketch . If you do not do this it will not work properly. It will just default to the last change you make to your model . Thank you so much !!!!

    I think the accuracy of these sensors has a lot to do with speed and need to be used slow to get repeatability

    • @TheDIYer
      @TheDIYer 2 роки тому

      actually the accuracy doesn't really matter as the standard deviation in repeatability error is so low that its lower than a single unit micron

    Thank you for the video. Is there a possibility to connect the length of hydraulic cylinders in the assy? I mean, if I change the length of bottom cylinder, the top 2 cylinders should change their lengths accordingly (with just 1 configuration).

  • @anfauglit

    Why not just insert the first part using "insert -> part" menu and then pressing "OK" button? This away the origin and planes of the part will be automatically aligned with the corresponding ones of the assembly.

    How to properly model the bore in Fea? we fix it but in reality its not fixed its also getting impacted by centrifugal force . Any idea? and would it not also cause problems with the stresses in the entire disk? giving wrong results ~?
