A Hypnotherapists spiritual view on media and culture, fears and phobias
So to find your future. I help professionals who feel stuck in their career to start their own side hustle/full time business, by overcoming any limiting beliefs that might be holding them back.
So what stopped them before, well through my programme I identify the barriers or overload of information/beliefs that block them to be rewarded, we go through triggers and reprogram them to a journey of achieving the success they desire in their own business.
I have two programmes on offer
The 3 session programme called ARC
The other programme is the Life Empowerment Coaching Programme which is a 7 session programme

8 Limbs of Yoga-Niyamas-Ishvara Pranidhana-Surrender to divine/supreme consciousness. Universal laws
Niyama-ishvarapranidhana is a profound concept in yoga philosophy, specifically within Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, which is part of the eight-limbed path of yoga (Ashtanga Yoga). Let me break down this concept for you:
Meaning and Significance:
Ishvarapranidhana is the fifth Niyama (personal observance) in yoga philosophy. It translates to "surrender to the divine" or "dedication to the supreme consciousness." This practice involves:
1. Letting go of the ego
2. Recognising a power greater than oneself
3. Cultivating humility and devotion
4. Accepting that there's a broader universal intelligence or consciousness
Practical Examples of Obtaining Ishvara Pranidhana:
1. Meditation and Contemplation
- Practice regular meditation focusing on surrendering personal desires
- Visualise connecting with a higher universal energy
- Reflect on your actions as service rather than personal achievement
2. Spiritual Practices
- Chanting mantras with complete devotion
- Performing selfless service (seva) without expecting personal rewards
- Accepting life's challenges as opportunities for growth rather than obstacles
3. Mindful Living
- Approaching daily tasks with a sense of dedication beyond personal ego
- Practicing non-attachment to outcomes
- Trusting in a larger cosmic plan
4. Psychological Approach
- Cultivating gratitude for life's experiences
- Releasing the need to control every aspect of existence
- Accepting uncertainty with grace
5. Yogic Practices
- Practicing yoga asanas with an attitude of surrender
- Using breath work (pranayama) to connect with a higher consciousness
- Studying spiritual texts with an open and receptive mind
Key Principles:
- Surrender is not about weakness but about recognising interconnectedness
- It's an active process of aligning personal will with universal will
- The goal is to transcend individual ego and connect with a broader consciousness
Philosophical Perspective:
In yoga philosophy, ishvara pranidhana represents a profound shift from self-centeredness to a more expansive, compassionate understanding of existence. It's about recognising that individual consciousness is part of a larger, more comprehensive universal consciousness.
By practicing ishvara pranidhana, practitioners aim to:
- Reduce ego-driven suffering
- Cultivate inner peace
- Develop a more holistic understanding of life
- Create space for spiritual growth and transformation
Personal Reflection:
This practice invites individuals to hold their personal goals and challenges with a lighter touch, understanding that there's a larger context beyond immediate personal experiences.
Ultimately, niyama-ishvara pranidhana is a deeply personal journey of spiritual surrender, requiring consistent practice, patience, and an open heart.

Depends on the memory
Well this is where Hypnotherapy comes in as a great therapy, a bad memory can be reframed to not be triggering anymore so it doesn't suppress you in life. But wiping a memory or storing it away means that it will come up in another form which will trigger you more if not dealt with.
@ yes hypnotherapy has fantastic results and is proven. I wonder if the memory wiping will be better in the future and will not come out in other ways… or if that’s it
@@_richclark keep up the good work mate, subscribed! Nice to have some brains on social media :)
@@Super_Mentality_YT well the film goes into this ethical dilemma. However in Japan they are supposedly able to record dreams via an mri machine. Now I am trying to contact the company who do this as if they could record your visions from a hypnotherapy session which would be amazing for research and more validity on the practice. As I love technology would like to work with an ai translator to work with clients around the world with different languages to further my work.
@@Super_Mentality_YT also trouble is with wiping memories is they previously shaped characteristics good and bad. So in all honesty from my personal perspective reframing them in the sub conscious which determines your future actions is long term beneficial for now. Again also we have to make sure the memories are correct as people do come up with false memories, and this can be like different perspectives on the same event scenario ie a car crash..
Good topic followed by good discussion. Keep it up!
Thank you I have more talks coming up with Krishna discussing topics that affect India and the wider world.
I lost my dad when I was 3 😭💔😢😭
Death of loved ones affect us in so many different ways. In the main video I explain how each family member who died shows us how we react to issues. I can empathise but do not know how it feels to lose a parent so young, so my heart goes out to you. Life can seem very unfair and unjust sometimes but we have to appreciate what people we do have around us more for guidance etc.
I am afraid of / startled by / lights, noises from motors, barking. This restricts me from shopping and outdoors.
I have worked with people who had similar issues. There are many techniques to help and it's seeing what triggers the issue. If you want to discuss ideas or even a free consultation to help let me know-contact richclarkcoach@gmail.com
What an awful human
Yep well its called micro aggressions, or covert racism and shown very well in the TV show.
great Message🥰🥰
Glad I'm the first to watch this
Thanks for watching. It's a clip from a long video about Suicide but I feel it's an important subject rarely discussed on social media platforms.
Its nice to see some people actually try to make educational videos nowadays. Thanks man, and keep up the vids 💪❤
Thank you, nice to hear as many people complain or criticise without knowing the work that goes into some of these videos. I get information and reexplain it, no using chat gpt etc. As some subjects are complicated but also context of what issues my Hypnotherapy and therapy clients I have worked with had to deal with, and explanations of past, present and hopefully improved future issues can be learnt.
You are 100% right! In the past two opposing armies would face off against each other on land or at sea with, usually, not one civilian in sight!
Well the video about War etc goes into more detail. What my gripe is so much intelligence and futuristic ways to prevent civilian casualties the Military have that we should not see so much bloodshed. Also do get sick of hearing about how civilians are used as shields which again is misled media PR for incompetence.
Classic i laughed my nuts off😊😅
@@philglover2973 glad you enjoyed it and some classic comedy moments from that show
❤
I have an aunt who, when you have a conversation with her, you soon realise that she believes America has streets of gold encrusted with diamonds.
Well it's all relative but every empire has it's day
🤣🤣🤣
Can I ask what you are laughing at? My explanation, examples or just wanted to comment..
@@_richclark Just found it funny that you think you can you can solve ethnic conflict via food. You think that could work in Palestine? Former Yugoslavia? Would pack key grooming gangs stop preying on young English girls in EVERY town it only they ate more fish and chips? Humans will always do heinous things to those different from them, it's just in our nature.
So being racist and prejudice to everyone or everything that differs to your cultural upbringing works? Got it! Which is what a Xenophobic is. Remember these are clips from a larger video. The title says embrace new experiences with food, which a Xenophobic wouldn't do. It doesn't stop wars etc-quite obvious and clearly shows your listening skills are poor. Perhaps what your comment shows is that many like yourself don't want to understand other cultures, let alone try to have peace within the world. Plus let's be real you have no content to show on youtube, your opinions apart from being a troll are meaningless. So the joke is on you..
@@_richclark "So being racist and prejudice to everyone that differs to your cultural upbringing works?" Does the alternative? From my perspective it has not in many places so far. Perhaps you can enlighten me as to where it does. "Remember these are clips from a larger video." Didn't realise that, I apologize. Autoplay was left on. "Embrace new experiences with food, which a Xenophobic (sic), wouldn't do." Do, say, black power advocates eat pizza? Would've thought so, but I may be wrong. "It doesn't stop wars etc and clearly shows your listening skills are poor." I was only half listening, so you do have a point there. However, the examples you give in the video highlight that inside man is a natural hatred for those different that can erupt under the right circumstances. Or at least imho. And it doesn't necessarily apply to race, religion or culture. Those of a high income can display animosity for those of low and vice versa. for example. "Many like like yourself don't want to understand other cultures." Who are many like myself, pray tell? I was speaking about humanity in broad terms. I learnt English as good as a native, did I not? "Let alone try to have peace in the world." Just because I believe that is an impossibility due to human nature, does not mean I don't want it. If a man thinks it is impossible for him to win the lottery, it does not mean he would not want to win it. "You have no content to show on youtube, your opinions apart from being a troll are meaningless." So because I have, like many others, no interest in uploading content, that means my opinions are less valid than a random content creators? I think you had better explain that to anyone reading because it sounds very prejudiced to me, meaning the joke would be on you as well. Although perhaps I am just a troll. Anyway, an interesting exchange and I will bid you a good evening (I assume from your accent your from the UK).
Listen to the full video for better context studio.ua-cam.com/users/videoBoetscsaIgg/edit. Plus I like open dialogue though I will disagree that many have prejudice before exploring cultures including food different to our social upbringing as an example.
Yeah, no one coexists with muslims. They cause problems with everyone
Incorrect many societies co exist with Muslims just unfortunately like all religious people there are good and bad. For example some Catholic priests committing paedophilia are bad but the average Catholic is decent.
A fantastic tool! A way to use the skills we already have but haven’t yet realised.
Alot worse before it gets better
@@andreipotato3828 Well there is ways around any censorship but it’s strange for democratic countries to now becoming rampant in censorship like Russia, Korea etc
The fall of our country started under Obama
Well he didn't prosecute the bankers who caused the recession back in 2007 thats for sure. However Presidents in many ways are puppets for the elite so it depends on the larger outlook. However the next President of the USA needs to fix the economy and high expensive living standards for the average American, same issue we have in the UK and around Europe too.
Most people who talk about this much are hypocritical like Elon
Well like I said accountability and consequence culture does have to happen. The main video is released Tuesday-this is just a promo section.
You are absolutely correct about the therapeutic value of pets! I’m grieving the loss of our rescue dashund mix Lorenzo. He died last March at age 10 from ‘a large mass in his upper abdomen” that wasn’t operable 🥲💔 He was the best! My 2 old rescue cats miss him too. He gave us such joy. I have to keep reminding myself of the good times when I get over one with sadness for missing him.
Thank you for the comment and sorry for your loss. With pets the bond is different to humans some people say, but the ideal of a soul is very much there. It's interesting that in spiritual circles reincarnation is rarely discussed with pets or the idea of connection is there. I have a video discussing guides including animals coming up soon. I have a male cat which is now 5 and his personality is similar to that of a female cat I had when I was a child, the characteristics, mannerisms are similar. Maybe in the future you find an animal similar to the one who has passed come to you-you will feel that connection.
Yes
Embracing technology is to help humanity otherwise we end up like Luddites.
Great job. Keep spreading your knowledge ❤

Without the help on an issue.....it's a bit lit trying to use a calculator with one of the keys stuck. Our actions and decisions will be off.
It is very good for a person to get 'back into the driving seat' emotionally. However you can achieve that.
reminiscing is awesome
Not if you carry on believing the past was better, with clients it can halt them going forward. I have a video coming up about the problems of Nostalgia in regards to this.
I waited the whole video to get explanation WHY fear of success happens... nothing.
@@goodtipa There is a long form video this clip is taken from the link should be there on the video. However it is here ua-cam.com/video/Tfj_kV2n3pU/v-deo.htmlsi=SZAFhqEp6JgV_yBQ
I was wondering what fear of success meant, thanks.
Your welcome and listen to the full video to learn more..
Fear is a straight-jacket! It is one of the first things to deal with in our life.
the best scene in the film, but one you only really understand when you get older. It's not just about the feelings and emotions of these androids, it's also about the fact that all of these memories are lost when you die.
Let's be clear : "belief" is something very different from "religion". The 1st unites people, the 2nd devides them. Think about it.
Thanks for the comment I am very aware of this. Which if you listen to the other videos I explain more. This is clipped from a larger video. Belief can be powerful but equally dangerous. Plus if belief is not questioned then how do you know it's not manipulated-which is the issue with religion, media representation etc. Also you have to remember I work with clients who have been brainwashed with religious ideals and have to help them if they have left that so religion-done alot of work with former Jehova Witnesses, etc. Soon I will be sharing a post splitting up religions and what their construct is.
Man, so good to see you talking and moving again Big Rich! Looking healthy homie!
A word about the coffee shop scene. It had to have invented the movie meet cute cuz it also perfected it
Coffee shop scene is the ideal romantic "what if" unfortunately nowadays coffee shops are full of people glued to phones or computers with no social skills.
This movie had a really weird premise but it had a lot of heart, substance and the sexiest, most humanizing grim reaper you’ll ever see
It s a film that you like or dislike but its good on the eye for everyone. Brad Pitt in the 90s was eye candy and the acting masterclass by Hopkins-what is their not to love-ideal movie for a girls night in or a couples night.
What a great album...
It didn't make my favourite Beatles album on my list due to Revolver but the songs on Abbey Road are excellent with hardly a weak point.
Maybe my favorite Prince Album of all time. Free maybe my favorite deep cut Prince song his guitar at the end was so subtle but brilliant at the sametime. I didnt feel as if it was a pro Reagan song by no means. i just felt like he was saying be grateful for you got and what you had. Also DMSR and Lady Cab Driver were banging tracks. International Lover was in competition with Marvin Gaye Sexual Healing, MJ Billie Jean, and i believe Lionel Ritchie All nite long and maybe a song of Gap Band 4. That was hell of a stiff competition!!!
Free is just too cheesy for me as a song, prefer a ballad like Adore from SOTT, How come you don't call me anymore would replace Free in my opinion. The album in 82 was against great competition so never got the rewards unlike Purple Rain later did. International Lover again too similar to Do Me Baby which is a better song and again its all down to taste. I do review Sign of The Times my profile and see what you think of that review.
Thanks for this very interesting serie on superstitions. Despite being present in most continents it's worth noting that the evil eye belief is prevalent in agro-pastoral societies which showcase high economic inequalities with visible & vulnerable wealth, but it doesn't exist in societies based on equal access to ressources. In the first ones, if the belief tends to gradually disappear when property rights are secured by institutions, it tends to persist and to increase when wealth gaps are too high.
Thank you for that extra detail and good for me to know. The Evil Eye in culture is interesting-I do have a series of other videos so look out for other ideas too.
This album is in my top 10 of all times. It was very important in my youth. Revolutionary.
Thanks for commenting, its an album that seems to be neglected in his catalog but has excellent tracks. So glad someone else sees it highly as I do .
Love this show...from Chicago
Its a good reflection of Lenny Kravitz ✌ He is a very talented musician and songs writer all is natural from him and so Peaceful ☮🧡
I love your review of this - it’s my Maxwell favourite album. Just a quick correction, Musze is actually Maxwell lol
Thanks for the compliment, it's an album that gets glossed over but if people really explore it they would get alot of inspiration. I try not to play too much of albums or go fully into detail to not influence their opinions. I realised the mistake I made when speaking about it regarding Musze is Maxwell, also reviewing Urban Hang Suite in 1-2 weeks time so will correct my stupid error.

@@_richclark yeah, it started for me with the "Bitches Brew" cover when I first saw it in 1973, then a friend had the Buddy Miles album cover Mati did, later I see Santana's"Abraxsis" in the record shop.
