What is US Trademark? Filling and Process
Hello everyone, myself Shweta Sharma, working in JR Compliance as Manager Corporate Compliance. In today's video, we will discuss about the US Trademark. What is the US Trademark? How can we file it? What is its process? We will discuss all these things in today's topic. If we want to apply for any trademark in the Indian market, for any individual or any company, then we have to go to the IP India portal and file the trademark. Similarly, if you want to sell your brand in the US market and if you want to start your business there, then you have to file your trademark in the USPTO, i .e. the United States Patent and Trademark Office. You have to file your trademark in this office. To file your application in USPTO, basically, Indian entities who are doing business, for them particularly, what are the criteria and how they can file the application.

Example: Person nationality is Indian. Due to job, person stay at Abroad as NRI.
