Please; who is the lead vocal on this track? I've all these LPs and have not been able to figure out who this vocalist is. Cameo had so many folks who sang that sounded very similar. BTW, I love this song from both LPs. I wish Cameo would make nice and make something new.

This song by The Dramatics is a classic. I was very fortunate to have met The Dramatics when this song and album came out, back in 1977/1978. I was a kid, and my mom was dating a concert promoter, and we had backstage passes at their concert at the Cow Palace in San Francisco, CA. The Dramatics put on a great show, and they opened up their show with this song!

Patti is one of my favorite singers. I have all the recording she made that was released when she was with The Lovelites. I really love this group. I remember when The Lovelites were on The TV Show: Soul Train, about three times. This is when Soul Train was in Chicago, IL. I will never forget The Lovelites. Lovelites forever.
