The new wheel turned up, great job by Cognito Moto. Carburetors are fitted and throttle connected. Did some more tidying up on the front end with brake lines and headlight. Started now getting the electrics sorted, The Motogadget unit is bolted into place as is the starter solenoid, battery is temporarily located until I get it's mounting welded in. The Honda CB750 and the Kawasaki 636 are starting to come together as one unit now. Most of the front end is done, Motogadget M-Unit is nearly ready to be mounted. Still waiting on the front wheel but it doesn't hold any work up. Battery and wiring next on the agenda, then carburetors back on the bike @sneakypurpleninja

The Kawasaki 636 forks are now in place on the Honda, Next steps are to start looking at the clip-ons and headlight mounting. Removing the bearing housings from the Honda CB750, the bottom one I had to Dremel a couple of slots, then chisel out the section in between the slots, this then loosened the housing enough for the extractor collet to get enough grip. Honda CB750 is in the garage and being stripped down, parts are getting ordered, bits are getting cleaned. Starting to make some progress. Next video will show the last of they dismantling @sneakypurpleninja

Picked up a Kawasaki Ninja 636 front end and my intention is to fit it to my 1981 Honda CB750, The project will involve new spoked wheels, instruments, electrics (probably Motogadget M unit) and a lot of hard work and most likely lots of (edited out) swearing! @sneakypurpleninja
