The day when I tried to make a reed from a scratch with both my hands. Turns out, it works pretty well. Good response and well-balanced intonation. Tricky intervals in the beginning and in the middle of the cadenza, the intonation tends to go in the “bright side”, but it is all the risk to take. Mozart Oboe Concerto 2nd movement Cadenza by Bagaskoro Byar Sumirat. The cadenza is inspired by a legendary player, François Leleux. Simply beautiful yet difficult to play because of the interval range is so far away, and so it is difficult to control the intonation, but I love it !!
