    Hey 👋 i have seen that u been in brazil for 2 years . I would appreciate if you do video give your feedback about the life there . I am planning to shift there this year after living 10 years in dubai . I hope you can give some tips about the life there in the south and is it worth to shift all my life there or not . And thanks so much of course

      @@amrhammam4984 hi there, wouw it will be a big change from Dubai to Brazil. I made two videos about the top things I love about Brazil and don’t love about Brazil, have you seen those? I moved after 2 years because it wasn’t the best fit for me personally. I absolutely loved traveling in Brazil but living there can be quite challenging. In terms of bureaucracy and some cultural differences. (And I missed my family/friends in the Netherlands.) But it all depends on your personal preferences right!?! I hope this helps a bit.

      @travelingonestepatatime yes i have seen those 2 videos now, and it's really perfect, and as what you said, it depends on my preference. I appreciate that information from you. i am really confuse and still searching more . And one more thing, if u dont mind, i have seen you were in Portugal too and would like to know your opinion about it too compared to brazil

      @@amrhammam4984 yes I’m in Portugal now and there are a couple of things that I like better than Brazil. It is way more safe and it’s in the European Union which means that the culture is closer to mine. I love history and there is plenty of that here. There are some things I miss from Brazil too; the easiness of making contact with people, the animals everywhere and the amazing nature! I absolutely recommend watching videos of others about Brazilian Culture to learn more about it so you can decide better. But the experience will be the deciding factor. Even with all the research I did I didn’t know it for real.

      @@DavidDavid-mz4wr hi David, we where fortunate to see them close to the farm where we stayed. Our guide was super knowledgeable and searched in the best places. And he even told us that he saw a giant armadillo a couple of times. We saw the small ones but not the big ones. We stayed at an area called transpantaneira. It’s close to Porto Jofre. I liked the information of our lodge in the description of the video.

    Good day, which websites did you use to find a place to live?

    • @travelingonestepatatime
      @travelingonestepatatime Рік тому

      I used airbnb in the beginning and after that I looked on QuintoAndar and imovelweb. But I wasn't able to rent with athese agencies because I didn't have a bankaccount for 3 months. So very lucky that I found someone that wanted to rent to me directly. You need to have a brazilian backaccount for at least 3 months and have CPF.

      Hi Brad, we went in November. we were lucky because the dry season was just over, it had rained for a bit before we came, so everything was looking green. But the week we where there it was dry. The wet season can come very quickly and the roads will be hard to use because of the mud.

      I went in November. It’s a little bit of a risk because the wet season is just started. But it’s so beautiful when it has had a bit of rain. Luckily it was dry.
