Self Supported Multiday Running - Equipment

Back in August 2020 I set off to run around Wales self supported, that meant I was carrying all my equipment including camping equipment. I headed home after 5 days and 200miles but plan on completing the journey next year. Wow, that was quite a trip! We’ve paddled the Towy from Llandovery down to Llansteffan but over about 7 trips on different days. You must have been knackered doing the source to Llansteffan in 1 day!
Running with your dog is one of the greatest bonding pleasures in life. Your video captures the scale and beauty of the landscape perfectly and the soundtrack felt like an ideal fit.
