Penn Ballet was created to allow ballet dancers of any level at the University of Pennsylvania to continue their ballet education through classes with professional ballet teachers from the Philadelphia area. It is a group dedicated to helping dancers at Penn continue doing what they love despite the stress and time constraints of a rigorous academic environment. Classes are open to all Penn students.

Penn Ballet is also a dance performance company. We look for the most advanced and committed dancers to audition for our shows and to learn and perform challenging repertoire. As Penn's only company devoted to ballet, we are committed to improving our technique as ballerinas and performers.
