just means, IGL: -does not = CONSTANTLY whiff easy shots/free kills -should not have 2 free kills and constantly not get it because he sprayed 8+ bullets to barely kill the first guy in time. the extra 1-2 seconds they take whiffing fucks up the overall value gotten from opportunities they tried hard to get in the round. they don't need radiant level aim, just consistent ascendant or diamond level aim is good enough. if they made normal decent level shots. with how it is now, the round that WOULD'VE be winning, won or heavily in their favor, ISN'T. And some igls like johnqt etc. that random weakness of igl not shooting good isn't a weakness for the team anymore and it helps so much, and it doesn't need to be johnqt level, but just shoot decent level too so that that weakness isn't there. They "can" practice their aim too, it's not like it's just stuck that way.

Just look at the top 4 in champs in 2024 and all of them have fragging igls. It has been proven last year also that fragging igls or igls with good or on par aim with duelist are the go to (Johnqt, boo, and munchkin) even king can frag lol. IGLs CAN frag doesn't mean they top frag every match. We've seen dragging IGLs like JohnQT and Boo and even Boostion on EG but they aren't ALWAYS heavy fragging. IGLs should have the mechanics to be able to frag even if they are unable to is what Sayf should say
