Nothing beats plesioth on that. You can fish it out with a sonic bomb, for it to run straight back to the water right after landing. And yeah, anything would be nice, even an HD port would be nice.

Still not sure how they are even supposed to work on this gen. All info says it speeds up the monster moving to a different area (and to anger khezu) but i really see no difference.

@@mehdithepegasusknight3650 Yeah, and it didn't help that i used most flash bombs with the first two so was almost out of bombs when narga spawned. Really like the fight, but im totally leaving it for G rank next time i play this.

Oh it was one made by a friend, they upscaled the textures for it, and i also used Reshade to make the game a bit more colorful. Same for the one on p3rd, tho on that they used 3U textures and also mini-map texture from another mod that has gathering points added on the maps.

@@collinsadj Can't really link to the reshade config as i lost it after updating the emulator (had issues with the old version for multiplayer, so just did a clean install), tho you can use the "Display Layout & Effects" options on the graphics settings to get a similar effect (i set "Color correction" with saturation on 1.4 and contrast on 1.1, and it looks kinda the same). Thanks for the insight, tbh i didn't hunt much frenzied or apex diablos or black diablos on 4U, besides the ones on their own quest (The master's test and the wailing devil), so when comparing the speed i mostly thought of the ones on 3rd and 5th gen. Also this gives me more reasons to record 4U, so thanks for that too.

Cause i can hunt anything on village and low rank hub with this hammer, really good hammer and easy to get too, also upgrades can go through the bone hammer path to the diablos hammer path, so i don't have to change to any other hammer for a while

nope, the series is full co-op pve for up to 4 players, tho there was one game on the series that had a kind of pvp instance (you had to hunt the monster of the other player). Its one of the series that adding any other kind of pvp would probably ruin it, as the focus was always about teaming against bosses.

that and the hip check are hard to evade unless you learn the timing of them, try to evade at the last moment and stay at the tip of the tail(you either evade it going under it or by the side of it)
