Very helpful information. Keep up the good work. sir
Thank You So Much for Your Encouragement! You have no idea how much it helps to hear back after you have spent valuable time pulling these videos together!
put some zip ties on it to make it clamp down better or clamp it together and plastic staple it. I just found the damage on mine and it was easy enough to repair.
Hey Calitri! Thanx for the input. I think I tried this. But it has been a long time. I tell ya what. I'll make a new video while trying to repair this thing! I'll try your method and hit you with a shout out!
we don't need to hear music louder than your voice. Thumbs down for me
Thanx the adjustment will be made going forward!
Too much noise in background,!
@@TimDriscoll-i8d Understood, Thanx. Unfortunately I couldn't help what the neighbors wanted to do, I think it was a Friday evening. But I still wanted to make the video for ya!
There is a common denominator here. I've had mine for over a year along with 30+ other techs in our company and no problems with any of them.
So quick to want to judge me personally! Lets talk in another year or 2. That'll be interesting. My experience with these devices goes back at least 10 years, maybe 15 or 20. I have bought at least 4, probably 6 across that time. I'd have to check my records. These things are not at all inexpensive and should last longer than that. So no, They aren't breaking in only 12 months Mr. denominator. You really thought you was doing something throwing out that 1 year, didn't you? Sounds like you're just a puppy in this game. Keep watching, you have ways to grow! I went to your page to see how many videos you've produced and how many people you've helped. You have perfect score of 0 and 0. Thats makes you just a troll on here to bother people. I'm done wasting my time on this. But, please do let us know how they're working out at year 3. Then, I'll be happy to accept your apology.
@@TheAuthenticTechSurgeon You have yet to prove you're not the common denominator. I've had mine for a year, the other techs have had them longer. No problems have occurred with any of them. By the way you responded to actual feedback I can tell you're the issue and not the device.
I'll engage just one last time with you Robert. This entire comment is in my very slow, low tone, calm voice... I'm simply here to help people.... including you (I'm really trying to). You are not the first non - believer to show up in the comments and won't be the last. I don't have anything to prove to you, or really any reason to. For that matter you haven't proven anything at all to me either, not even that you actually work in this field or worked for more than a year. The fact of matter is you say they last over a year.... Well, I agree. That was never my point. Want to let me know after 3 years? Across 30+ guys? I think that would be a very interesting case study. I think you would have to recant your opinion. Anything other. And you're just another Troll. There are people who have nothing else to do.
@@TheAuthenticTechSurgeon You really need to learn to take care of your tools and not blame the manufacturers for your lack of care and knowledge.

They need to make one that fits a bunch of those little blue bins and then clicks a bunch of them on top. That would be dope

Awesome! Thanx for the comment!
lol I did the Kaizen style foam insert on the Hart box and carry my 1/4” Fuel hex driver, my 3/8” Fuel Stubby, and Fuel 3/8 Ratchet, 3 HO 2.5 batts, and all of my SAE/Metric shallow impact sockets from Gearwrench. I use it on road trips just in case
That's Awesome! I wish I could see a picture or video. Think about uploading a response video! Share your link here. I'm sure plenty of people would like to see your setup!
Professional job well done
Thank You so much!
Very informational
Thank You so much!
Packout doesn't stand up on end because tradesmen actually USE them. Packout keeps small items from jumping between bins. I accidentally left a full packout stack outside and we got many feet of unexpected snow. It was almost two weeks before I saw them again.. When I finally dug my way to them, I was surprised that none of the 6 boxes had a single drop of water in them after being 100% buried.. As for this video,,, I didn't see a drop from roof test, or a fire hose test or a shake upside down when full of small parts test.. .. I wouldn't take Hart to a job site BUT at half the price, I am considering it for light-duty indoor, roll only on carpet with padding, keep away from drafts, doors, windows, and heat/AC vents, home use.. Electronic components, knitting, sewing, doily making stuff.. , etc... Thanks for the info,, it was helpful.. A year after this video was posted, Wally has a 3 piece rolling stack for $75.. Packout would be around $250 for the similar items....
Thanx for your input! Thanx for entering the contest. I will be making the video to reveal the winners soon!
Nice job Tech Surgeon

Nice video love the information
Thank You so Much👍
I believe id cut that metal strip to fit without reinforcement shits gonna break again theymKe those pieces with the cheapest plastics in the world knowing it's going to dry rot or just simply crack like eggshell.tgsyknos what they doing though if you look at the prices of those replacement pieces shit outrageous .
Good Job from India
Thank You so much for the supportive comment! A lot more videos coming soon!
When it comes to brand loyalty I've never seen it soo bad with the 3 following topics. Firearms Tools Vehicles You go to any of the related topics in a comparison video and every fanboy tries to shit all over the other competition... here are some stupid examples ive heard from all 3 brands, some jokingly.. "I'd rather be shot with a Hi-Point than have someone throw a rock at me" or " the only way a Hi-Point will help you is of you throw it at someone cuz it weighs 50lbs LULZ" "The new Ford F150 gets good gas mileage because it's broken down waiting for the tow truck most of the time" or " in 20 years when your RAM is in the junkyard the Toyota will still be on the road" Tool brands I don't have a specific but I hear a lot of shitting on brands like Ryobi, Kobalt, Hart, Ridgid... Its like if you dont have the vehicle equivalent of the big 3 ie DeWalt, Milwaukee or Makita some elitists will shit on you..
Yup, Good points. You just have to like - what you like. Is Good for healthy discussion though, but yup some folks are to the extreme with it. Maybe I should get more extreme, drive my viewership up. Folks just watching the fight!
"DO you see what I see?" Bwahahahahaha....priceless! 🤣🤣🤣
I love having my Milwaukee tools in my low $ Hart storage.
That's Wild! Thanx for commenting! I wish I could see a picture.
No way I'm picking hart over ridgib or kobalt and trust me I love hart, but the quality isn't quite there yet.
Understood. I look forward to hearing what you think of my modified case. I got what I needed in a Hart while getting more durability. For my needs, I think I outdid both the Rigid and the Kobalt. I'll comment here with the link once the video is released.
Will DeWalt 2.0 snap into the kobalt and vice versa? I have a DeWalt packout + tools and i was looking into buying a complete packout in kobalt +tools for a back up mostly because i like the color but my goals are to definitely have every tool for both brands
I look forward to checking this out for you and making a video. I'll link the video here once released. Have you further investigated this in the meanwhile?
Doubt they will be the same size probably won’t work the Kobalt doesn’t work with the flex and they are very similar
@@nickp3270 Wow! Thanx for sharing!
I like the Hart stuff
Bravo
Work on your presentation I see you struggling for your lines and hand behind your back seeming a bit nervous. WHY!? your video is BOMB! I see you bouncing side to side nervously, and half your head is cut off in the caera work. Watcha few videography and public video speaking vids you will improve easly you have HUGE potential! Im subscribed and really needed this! HART For life . Because you can;t live with a milkshaKUWAKEE in your chest! If I were to get this given away to me, I would use it proudly thought! music in background was a nogo for me
Thank You for All your great feedback. Greatly Appreciated. Yes earnestly trying to improve with every video. Hand was behind scratching mosquito bites. They were on me. Free Tool Giveaway Video is currently being planned. To be announced soon! I will be doing something special since we have long overshot our goal.
Cheap junk. If it’s that weak empty with no tools in it… imagine with 20-30 pounds of tools in it. Save a few more bucks and by something worth having. And please don’t make your self look like a fool and show up on a job site carrying this Walmart junk.
This clearly isn't meant for professional job sites. This is for at-home kits or for other organizational things. I saw someone use this to sort their fishing equipment, and I can see people sorting their at home crafts/projects using this.
Thanx for your comment. Depends on the trade too. The heaviest thing we network guys carry is the drill itself. Only about once out of 40 visits do I need a drill, don't even bring it out of the car unless needed. Most network guys aren't carrying an actual box at all. I'm an extreme case. Kinda prepared for anything. In upcoming videos I will be showing exactly what I'm carrying.
Surely somebody would get made fun of pulling up to a job site with this. I actually just bought one today because at home. I just have miscellaneous tools from all brands I used to Sell drugs and I would come up on numerous types of tools. And I inherited some from my uncle when he passed away. So I have a full garage full of every tool. You can think of but they're just all mismatched, and I'm okay with it. I'm no contractor but I agree if you are serious about construction. It is better just to get something quality
Wow that was very a interesting comment. And sure, I'm not serious about construction. I'm an IT engineer.
What are the blue things in the middle for?
I’m not sure about these exact ones but the dewalt ones are where smaller boxes lock into
I’m not sure about these exact ones but the dewalt ones are where smaller boxes lock into
They serve no purpose at this time.... which is unfortunate.
I'm going to see if the small Organizers from Dewalt and Flex will fit there. I think they will!

Understood - Thanx for commenting!
Not always about value
Actually what you said is all about value. Sounds like the value is what you need regardless of the higher price. What brand is your preference?
Values great but I want practicality the Milwaukee case right there has more configuration options but if I can put that on a hart system than I'll suck some
I like that. I've made some modifications. So I'll Try! But Milwaukee is the top brand for a reason.
Bro c'mon you gotta tell me what matter can I put the Milwaukee in the hart system
Just came to mind at the time. Curiosity.
Congrats on a 100 subs man keep up the work
Does anybody know if hart has wall plates for organizers, I have the packout but I want to build a second service vehicle and don’t want to spends an arm ?
Currently there are no wall plates to mount the Hart organizers. But I will look into a solution for this.
How deep in the inside of the box? Online it has it at 5.79 Inches but that might be the outside with the lid added.
There are different depths in the mold in the bottom for strength, but looks like the most consistent depth overall is 5.25 inches.

Flex makes the kobalt pack out
Oh, so nice to know. Thanx for sharing! Flex has so many accessories.
The Kobalt is slightly smaller than the Flex. Otherwise, it would lock in. I tried it tonight in the store.
I wonder are they going to come out with a box that has a clear top so you can see what you have inside before you open it. Two flimsy for me I go with the rigid any day it has the right price point, and it's very durable. Thanks for sharing. #PEACE✌🏾
Hello Robert! I like your idea about the Clear top. That's always nice. Those Rigid 2.0s are really nice!
Cordell please make more videos i enjoy watching them and all the informative content you give. Can't wait!
Many more videos are shot, I will find some time to edit and upload! Thanx your comment really helps me to keep going!
I’m trying to decide which brand to go with thanks for the videos
You are so very welcome! Thank You for watching and commenting. It means a lot!
Hey Big Jon! what did you end up with?
Rigid is the best value, strong and not to bulky,, Milwaukee , you need to be a powerlifter😎 or 2 people moving it into a large costruction sight!! PS no handles on top??? no good...
Interesting. A rare vote for Rigid over Milwaukee! Sounds like a valid point. Anyone care to challenge?
What is your thoughts on the flexion 7 months later?
Thank You. A very Good question. I innovated around that. Will be revealed in a video soon. I will link here when released.
Overall though it looks like a much better system if they would strengthen the plastic
Thank You for taking the time to comment. I totally agree.
Thanks your the first to show the flexion…i was almost gonna get them..I’ve watched several videos..thanks again i will be going with the Ridgid(my son just bought Ridgid system the other day..
Yup Rigid is Good. Just less organization options. Did you happen to get Rigid 1.0 or 2.0?
Thanks for the great content sticking with hart stack here
Thank You for taking the time to comment :-)
buy the whole set to see how it compares with milwaukee and flex
Good Suggestion. Thank You.
