Hi, can you describe how you manage the temperature control within the enclosure? You mentioned a temperature controller without mentioning what it was controlling (unless I missed it).

You need to reduce the height of the guard on the band saw to gap much smaller gap between it and the work piece being cut , say to about 10mm (I can’t remember the exact height gap, but in needs to be minimal).

At first I thought the window idea was pretty cool Then I saw the price of windows

Thank you. Smaller stable saw I used a long clamp arm.

I tried this and the wrench that came with my little DW745 actually expanded....I think I need a stronger wrench!!!🙄🙄 (PS: I have also tried adding WD40 but no luck; I might try my heatgun next...other than that, I think I might buy a new table saw 😅)

Where you able to find dust filters for the fans?

I like the design with the space underneath to hide the electronics.

Nice Work! Definitely worth to recreate... But the way you 'lead' your wood through your table saw scares me to hell every time. PLEASE use a push block in the future and don't put pressure on the offcut side till the end of the cut.

can you help me out on connecting the connections? Shapeoko does not do a very good job of explaining it clearly. They have a picture in the manual but no close-up of how the wires get connected. Instructions are not very well explained...thanks

Really need to take the time to build one of these. The amount of time I spend looking for tools I just had in my hand is staggering!

I really like your design and the video. Thanks. The thing about only using CA glue (super glue) is that it only bonds temporarily. It gets brittle and can lose its bond over a couple years. I'd recommend more wood glue or maybe brad nails in addition to the super. glue.

How you make joints stiff enough that it won't come down automatically
