Sir, I would like to recommend getting your hands on the Lycoming Engine Operators manual rather than using the Airframe manufacturer POH. Also, listen to EAA webinars on operating Oversquare and LOP operations. Your cylinders will thank you, as well as your wallet.

The Elgato is a scam. I used it to digitise my laserdisc and I thought it captured in interlaced format so I can use some third party software/tools to do proper de-interlacing and upscaling but in actual it direct de-interlaced to maximum 29.97p or sometimes worse variable frame rate at 23.98, 29.94, 29.95 and 29.96 due to them not updating the drivers which caused bugs. At that time when I was new to de-interlacing and upscaling methods, I used some videos captured by this Elgato card which later caused some artefacts because after exploring with this device, I found out the mp4 has been encoded directly with H.264 which was some more heavily compressed. Another worse thing was it was captured in an unusual 640x480 resolution for computer monitor instead of 720x480 DV/DVD format or 720x486 TV format. So I ended up dumping this card for sale online and it was gone as I now use a second hand BMD Intensity Shuttle, Matrox MX02 Mini and the Pinnacle Avid Pro 7 for proper Laserdiscs capture. PS: Another thing about this Elgato was I found out that is possible that the infamous digitise video company Legacybox used this s*** to capture DV VHS, Mini DV when they could use Firewire capture.

Good lord I flight instructed for a number of years. It’s obvious this individual in the left seat is afraid of stalls. If this is you force yourself to get with a competent instructor and go spend hours stalling the aircraft in all configurations. What in the world will you do when you inadvertently enter a stall and have had very little training? A spin is very likely. When I started my private pilot training in the 70’s I was very apprehensive about spins in the aircraft. I found a instructor with years of experience and went out and did hours of nothing but spins. Got to where they were actually fun and easy to get into or out of. Get this training new pilots it can save your life or the lives of passengers who might be with you.

Leaving 10 gallons in a tank is a lot of fuel if you are already cutting fuel out. In my 201 don’t know how many times I ran a tank dry flying from coast to coast. But understand that’s not for everyone. But flying 6 and 8 hour legs that’s the best way to go. Fun video just remember not to let anyone bully you on the radio.

Recently, I noticed that Digitnow makes a product that looks exactly like the Elgato Video Capture. Even the product promotion looks similar. It's about half the price of the Elgato. I wonder what's going on there.

As an air traffic controller within this airspace at 4:55 where you didn't know if you are allowed to enter VPS airspace the answer is yes that is our job to get permission for you to fly through their airspace. if an air traffic controller does not want you to descend and enter an airspace they will give you an altitude restriction.

Gear goes in the holes by 80mph. Much easier and if you do have and engine failure you wont get it stopped by the chain link fence with the wheels down. Fly a G and J both

I fly out of FXE and you MUST have your plan together before you get on the ramp or else ATC will murder you. Especially in the mornings. FXE is one of the busiest GA airports in the country. It's pretty easy but navigating this area is always tricky. Headed over to the islands is a breeze most days

ive been to that same spot many times...if you walk along the water to the right , theres a cove and the entrance has lots of turtles and stingrays....The tour boats pull up there to feed them...
