Truly a one of a kind surreal and wacky anime! I'm not sure what to make of the ending. While MAL ratings mean nothing. I can see why it went from 8 to the 7 range. This episode felt rushed, and how Pontaro and the fake Pochie guy didn't die is ridiculous. I also didn't get the whole second train thing. I don't think it's an alternative reality, but just a second train. With that said, it's been a while since I've seen an anime original with an actual conclusive ending. I wanted a season 2 to go over the episode with everyone's backstory flashbacks, but seeing that this anime was just made for the anniversary of a train. I'll take what I can get. Sadly, this anime will be forgotten, but the short time it lived was a happy dream! 😭😭

I used to think the anime was extremely good but now I see that it is more mid, I've seen much better isekais and I have to say Cain doesn't grow as a character, which is really boring, and in general the story is extremely rushed, which is a shame because the concept of the anime is actually pretty cool. Personally I think you won't regret dropping it.
