This is one of the best bookstores in the United States and when I first found it was totally by accident.

I love this store. Shopped there twice. I found a copy of a book i wanted to buy and the one i had originally ordered from amazon was missing pages so i bought the complete book here at the boulder bookstore.

I’ve been catching up with recent SK after “Revival” and “11/22/63” both knocked me out. I gorged on him in my teens and twenties and kind of moved on after he finished the “Dark Tower” series, but coming back to him and reading the newer stuff has been a true delight.

You’re so inspiring!!! 🎉🥳 I wanted to order your wonderful book straightaway but it looks like there’s no option to order it to Europe, like to The Netherlands for instance 🤷‍♀️🥺. Otherwise I would order three of them for a gifts to my best friends too. I hope that one day this opportunity will be available🤞🤗

I read IT when I was 10 and never looked back these almost 40 years later. Dark Tower junkie personally! I have all my King(and Bachman) books in physical copies as well as on Kindle, easy mobile carrying traveling and good weighted books for cozy chair reading. I always recommend starting light like The Eyes of the Dragon or the Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon. Still good stories with chills but from there you can work your way up to the “don’t want to go down a dark hallway at night by yourself” ones.

Great video! The Stand is a must read for any King loving Boulderite, reads as easy as a tome can. Defiantly agree with enjoying his early work more, but the newer books are still worth exploring, The Outsider is solid new King. On Writing is fantastic and would recommend it even to people who don't have any interest in becoming a writer.

James should turn White Jazz into Dramatic Fiction (James M.Cain turned The Postman Always Rings Twice into a play) and 12 Angry Men though never novelized is a great crime dramatic fiction read and was a HUGE Broadway Theater hit?!!!!😮

I was born in '69 so I was just old enough to know that being gay was a death sentence. But her book is so much more; it's an interesting story of a girl from NM and it's really neat that her brother had such a short and interesting life, too. As a young gay boy from Dallas, I knew that the Perry Ellis line was exclusive since we had Neiman Marcus here. It's all fascinating.
