Become a welder. My dad was a welder for 30 years, and his forearms looked like a normal guy's calves. He would flex them, and there was muscle over muscle.

So far very well!!.... Got some soreness kicking in but overall the veins are starting to pop, I tested my strength when I got the machine, and I'ma wait about a month to check it again.

We exercise, my son 6 times a week, and myself as I'm healing 4 times, next week will bump it up. This is a rice challenge we are doing fot 365 days to get some better grip strength for better lifts overall. And I am Hispanic btw not white lol 😆🤣.

Lol 😆😂... I am doing it so I can have better lifts in the gym. I am coming off a back injury and can't do close to what I used to. While I heal I am doing this and then next week should be able to get back to training a little more intense, and having great grip strength helps, also having a strong handshake never hurt either. And yes I know the tattoos don't allow you to see the cuts too much lol.

WTH is rice training?
Using rice for resistance, will move up to sand soon, trying to get some crazy grip strength. My son saw some videos online and we wanted to jump on it, we are attempting 365 days of this and we even got a thing to measure how our grip strength is currently.
