Ingredients :-
-1 kg eggplant ( Baingan)
-3 medium size onions
-3 potatoes
-1 tomatoes
-5 green chilies
-Ginger
-Garlic
-3 tbsp salt
-1 bay leaf
-1 tbsp cumin seeds
-1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
-Half tbsp cumin powder
-1/2 tbsp black pepper
-1 tbsp Turmeric
-Water
-Half tbsp red chilli
-1 tbsp garam masala
- Dry fenugreek leaves ( Kasuri methi)
- Coriander leaves
