Seeing him in a serious role is just surreal. It's like seeing Jim Carrey in "The Truman Show" or Eternal Sunshine of A Spotless Mind" for the first time. It takes a while for you to wrap your mind around them acting like relatively ordinary, grounded people instead of the slapstick goofballs they're famous for playing... but they can really surprise you with their capacity for genuine, emotional depth when given the opportunity.

He did so good in this movie as well as stranger than fiction. Good work will... love you man.

no shock here- will ferrell's a good actor no matter what he's doing. comedy is not easier than drama necessarily. talented actor and a cool guy!

I still can't take him serious... It's too far gone... He's being different in this interview because he feels out of his eliment... Though, still a goofball and I will never understand it, he's one of the few that never shows his true self... Gilbert Godfrey is another one trying to be strangely different but failed miserably... Gilbert sucks and Will is funny. THE END!
