worst? bro he is A tier Character. You just can't go in noticed like most of the DPS. You have to wait and take out support/dps quickly in a combo and get the F out otherwise you are dead.

@@PookiespyUwU-k6x Well They are bad at character then. You can't expect him to go on and spray and pray like punisher. He is at 5 star difficulty for a reason. You have to learn movement, engagement and combos and know when it's right to get in and get out. Watch some good guides on YT, I suggest Necros guide and spend some time on him in practice range, learn some combos.

Crosshair should be at head level only when u have a recoiless gun , with guns like vandal it's better to aim at chest so that when u spray bullets go up to the head

Gpu power about 90w on your system but i was play with rx480 mine has 120w+. Do you use really rx480 or you played with 1650s?
This was indeed RX480. I used to undevolt it back in the day when I had it. Might be an undevolt don't remember exactly sorry.
