Intermittent fasting has worked so well for me. With me I would notice weight loss about every 2-3 weeks - I'm still losing. It's how I eat now - started 4 years ago. Plus I added my cinnamon tea 1-2 times a day and it has helped so much with my blood sugars which are now normal for the first time in years. I have my tea on my "off hours" and it helps satiate my appetite after the hours I eat.

Hi Denise, I'm really enjoying this video but I hope you don't mind me saying that I'm struggling to hear you in parts. I do often find this on your videos but this one I'm really struggling and the volume is up load. Then the advert came blasting through so loud. The photo album looks great

The first few minutes of video I was just messing with another photo album and I forgot to add it to the start of this one lol ( you didn’t miss anything much apart from Hello my rooms a mess lol

Glad you are feeling better. These are beautiful pieces of fall ephemera! In California, we have not had fall yet. Usually happens in November. A few leaves drop and we finally start to get some rain. No winter, sadly. Just a little rain. Well, I got sticker shock today trying to mail your box. I have been saving back a few things that I wanted to send to you, so I knew the box was getting a little bit larger, but I didn’t think it was that bad. Surprise! $200 USD! 😱 I had to bring it back home and I’m trying to reduce a little. I’ll let you know if I have any luck. Just don’t want to get rid of much.😕 Hugs ❤️🤗

Oh all that Christmas yummyness!! I wish I had something like that to visit! I’m sorry you’re not feeling well after the dreaded double jabs. I had mine 3 weeks ago & both arms really ached for 2 weeks! Didn’t have any cold/ flu symptoms, so that was nice! Hopefully you’ll pop back good as new! Thinking of you, Erica ❤

What gorgeous happy birthday ephemera! Some very talented crafters. I feel like they all need their own channel 😂. I am so very sorry I’m am going slow on getting a card out. Between my health being rough and my daughter having some pretty bad episodes, I of course have not been getting much done. However, I managed to finish your card this afternoon and I will be posting it on Monday. Please know I completely understand that it will likely not make it in time for the drawing. The same thing happened to me, Denise! I was knocked out for almost 2 days. And I have never been that way with the flu shot, or the booster shots. That Christmas store looks like a place that would be taking a lot of my money! 😂 That big white owl would be coming home with me 🦉. Take care and get lots of rest. You will make it through this!
