You guys needs to step up against DJI. Meaning you have to invent something that DJI doesn’t- fullframe camera inbuilt drone or medium format or something fourth third camera drones with extensive R&D.

Your support for this drone is lacking. I seem to have a unique problem where my drone does not broadcast any wifi. I cannot figure out the drone's serial number, nor connect it to my phone. Without the serial number, I also cannot register it with the FAA. Support has not given me any solutions and I would very much like to use what I paid a lot of money for.

Gonna be ordering my Blackhawk 2 Pro (3 Battery) in the next two weeks. For $999 thats a great price. I hope EXO can still honor that 30% off. Its affordable for what i make!

"Flies like a paper weight"?!? Paperweights are not necessarily renowned for their flight characteristics. Paperweights, if you really want to get down to it, are known for not flying, at all. Their entire purpose is not to fly, so the papers can be weighted. Fairly rudamentary name, in this case. Meaning relatively heavy. & void of any measure of applicable wing surface or propulsion system. I had to search this commercial out after hearing is on another ad I couldn't reverse - because I was in disbelief of what I'd heard. Might want to change that and find a more appropriate analogy that doesn't represent "crashing to the ground, immediately".

Exo a lot of the advertising is misleading. The website says the cinemaster goes a mile and a half. Then I just saw it goes 5 miles max. Which is it is. I was thinking of getting it. Due to not wanting to pay 800 plus for the Blackhawk 2 or 2pro. Now I'm confused.

DONT DO IT !! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! I am Now believed to think it’s a scam company. We couldn’t get our problem solved for 6 months, no lie. Finally got it returned after many hoops and battles. I do NOT recommend, y’all.
