I think I had the first one? I had some sort of Psycho house model kit back in the 90's. I think I got it at Universal Studios in Orlando. I don't remember it having any lights. Dunno what happened to it, but it just popped into my head after seeing a picture of the Psycho house.

Not gonna lie, the fake commercials in The Stuff really did a number on me, after watching it, all I wanted was pint of vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.

I like how The Stuff in the container looks like Chocolate Chip Charlie's head from the scene in the intro.

Saw Dark Night as a kid, I was born in 68. I watched it again a few years ago and it brought back my childhood memories. Salems Lot was fantastic. The kid at the glass is still a creepy moment even now. You have a new sub 👍

There are so many theories for this film. The consensus is that the daughter is the killer, and he’s there to protect her. Number two is that he is the Butcher, but for a different reason in that he tries to capture the killer who murdered his wife, the mother of his daughter. Thirdly, his daughter is a ghost, and he hallucinates the whole ordeal. Another prevalent theory is that since the killer was given the title The Butcher, this is a hint that it could take place in the Unbreakable Universe or a bridge for any other characters from his other films to pop in, such as Cole Sear from The Sixth Sense who is the mastermind behind the “trap” scenario since the Butcher’s dead victims come to him for help. Also, Josh Hartnett could be Cole himself as a single father. TBH, like your first thought, I think Lady Raven, Shyamalan’s real-life daughter, is the Butcher and used the event as a mass massacre for some ritual, and the cops are there to contain the people within the building because they belong to her cult. Also, this could be a straightforward narrative without any twists, such as Knock at the Cabin and Wide Awake (one of Shyamalan’s early works before the Sixth Sense).
