Social Need and Health Equity Summit
On Thursday, November 7th, 2024, the Bree Collaborative and FHCQ hosted a Social Need and Health Equity Summit. The presentations built upon last year's development of four pivotal reports-Advancing Health Equity, Social Need Screening, Social Need Intervention, and Storing and Sharing Data-this webinar delved into practical implementations and strategies for promoting health equity.
