I've been trying to figure out where Johnathon Bailey got his riffs from in the movie, and this is the earliest occurrence I've found of those high notes on "right on down" and "what we come to". EDIT: Aaron Tveit also does it, whom he might be an understudy for.

Had to come back here after seeing it live again for the third time total, and Adam's perf is always the best. He has the swagger and really gets the "edited for spoilers" moves down more than anyone else has done, like he really understands the character.

He makes so much more sense as what a Winkie Guard ancestor would look like.

It finally has been officially confirmed by Adam Lambert and the media that he has been cast as the Emcee in Cabaret on Broadway and will be appearing from September 16th, 2024 through the end of March 2025. However, do check the calendar to see what days he is actually appearing on the show before you buy your tickets since on some days the understudy will be appearing on the show instead of Adam Lambert. I know they are giving the current actors playing the Emcee and Sally one day off from the show each week.

Rumors from reliable sources say he will be replacing the emcee in Cabaret, who will be leaving the middle of September 2024, on Broadway and that the photoshoot has aleady been done.

He sometimes will do a run of high notes live in concert - he did a few with Nile Rodgers on Let's Dance and with Queen - but not quite this high! I think he has been criticized for it at times - some say it is "screechy" - which I think is crap - but I have heard him say recently that he doesn't feel the need to do the vocal gymnastics so much, everyone knows what he's got, so he can use it more judiciously. I love it when he chooses to pull the trigger on the high notes though!

It's Bb5 or B5 Not so sure... A5 as well is in this song it's in 2:05 and forward! I would like to see him still giving amazingly high notes. The highest note in the trespassing album isn't even close to these notes in this song.

I LOVE ALL OF HIS STUFF!!! his new CD, this song, all his AI performances and recordings, this past NYE, last years NYE, his theatre, even his demo's.. every side of Adam Lambert is incredible and i've said before, but now that i know this album, i can't wait to see what the next album is going to sound like!!! which way will he go. more raw classic rock? more vulnerable? or a new sound again? who knows.. but it's all very exciting!!!! :D :D :D

yes i bought the album. its way different than this but still good. its more like electric pop. i like the slow songs on the new album too. this will always be one of my favorite songs of him. also i love how he parades around with no shirt!

i was soooooo happy when he came out. Hes causing explosions even in britain in the gay circles, the straight circles, the goth circles...all circles really. Hes amazing! hes got the voice, the looks and a wicked personality. When he smiles i cant help but melt!!
