Sniper rifle is by the left telescope at the observatory. There's no wrong way to play if you succeed and had fun. I just did the offshore sub mission. My bob got washed a few times lol. The alternative mission is much better but do it in daylight. Only downside is looking at Lester's butt while wearing a hospital gown on the pier when the sub is released. Was fun to watch thanks.
