Elasto- Kote Application Video
Elasto-Kote is an SEB / SEBS thermoplastic waterproofing system. It is designed specifically for application onto flat and pitched industrial roofs.
With a built-in Rust Inhibitor and FM approved, Elasto-Kote offers an exceptionally high performing waterproofing elastomeric system, (also compatible with spray foam insultation). It has up to 85% solar reflective system with 650% elongation.
Our product is a single component, self-priming, SEBS, elastomeric, thermoplastic. It is applied in 2 coats and comes with guarantees up to 20 years.

Only thing is the smell keep open tins outside rollers and brushes , dose a good job though
So True! used this for the firstime today, seems a good product however ventilation is a must.. I started to feel quite unwell after 4hrs working with this..
Don't know why it's called fast coat if you have to put about 4 different coats on. It's alright if you're only doing 3ft square like this guy.
