If a complex game that scares of new players and needs thousand of hours of playtime to achieve like endgame is a dieing game, how does it still work for path of exile then and why cant that work for skyblock? makes no sense

You're thinking too deep, starting the game for new players is even easier now a days. There are so many possibilities and different of actions for all skills, and so it technically actually should be gaining players not losing. It's just that people have such a short attention span now it's insane.

Everything you said was true and I 100% not only agree, but relate with what you said. I quit hypixel skyblock altogether on October 2021 (used to play non-stop since March 2020) but as fellow @_Devious commentor said, I used to find myself coming back every 8 months for a week or two. Though from the point the enderman slayer was introduced and after, I don't recognise this game (not in a negative way, but you just have to know too much information in order to progress in any way shape or form). I hadn't played for over a year, when this summer my friend told me about the "Rift" update (we both had no idea what was going on in skyblock for the past 2 years) but we decided to check it out. It was the most fun I had playing skyblock after the first lockdown, because it was something so accessible and new-player-friendly. I think the approach with that particular update was one step towards the right direction, but sadly, I think it was just one of those "cool for about two weeks, but then quickly forgotten" updates. I don't play at all anymore, and I don't regret it (life has been crazy, lmao) but I think if the hypixel team manages to make updates that are less endgame friendly that can bring content that lasts more than just a couple of weeks, they will definitely revive the game to a certain extent. Anyway, that was my thesis on hypixel skyblock, I'd be glad to know your opinion on my perspective!

how i leveled my gdrag lvl 1-102, also some extra tips on it, use a melee weapon or rcm weapon for the champion, since it does buff combat xp, and use veteran equipment as well to buff the rates

When I try to farm any public content, there's a hundred super-endgame players killing every enemy/mining every ore the moment it spawns making it near-impossible to farm anything myself When I try to run dungeons, there's no tutorial or explanation for what's going on and everything happens so fast I don't get time to process what kills me each time, also super-endgame players rush the entire thing in a few minutes not giving me enough time to learn what's going on When I try to progress in any way, there's always super endgame players hogging all the resources and making it feel impossible to progress. There's no clear path on how to progress through the game as a newer player, it feels like there's too many different systems to remember and I don't feel confident spending thousands of hours of my life grinding just for the mere privilege of being allowed to engage with the content skyblock is offering. Skyblock is fun to watch, enjoyable to play around with now and then but not fun to actually play. I think skyblock will be fine but only if they dedicate time to making the earlygame experience more enjoyable to keep bringing new blood in
