the price we all pay, unfortunately our track prices are insane because of insurance. Most tracks in Japan are around $50-80 entry for day which would be way more affordable. I drove 4 events at QR with my na 13 and still could've driven home on the tyres. Dreading how much a day will cost me with my jzx110 ive just acquired haha

Turbo Flutter and compressor surge are completely different and commonly mistaken for one another. Compressor surge is when your turbo is making flutter noise while on the throttle and that is BAD whilst turbo flutter is simply the sound it makes when you let off the throttle with no BOV installed which does not damage your turbo contrary to popular belief

hey man, im stuck, my current stage 3 t28 hybrid core is dripping water and oil. for my particular car fiat 5 cylinder turbo- its hard to get another one that matches so have to get one from maxspeedingrods but how do you rotate the housing(s) if the wastegate is in a fixed position unless the wastegate mounts move with it? i need to clock the comp side with the outlet directly down but the exhaust flange needs to be facing directly upward, i guess i can get my mechanic to make an extended mount from where the gate would of bolted to on the comp housing?

You can make spacers for the front mounting points that allow some recline however in an MX5 you're limited by the sides of the seat on the turret behind your shoulder. There is some recline available with this method however. For track days these seats are a great, cheap way to improve your overall experience, however I agree that for an everyday car they'd be a pain in the butt.
