I just hate the way DB & ILD are packaging ALL their bags. If they fold pebble leather shoppers flat, I wonder how they are shipping the stiffer saffiano shoppers. Beautiful color bag - so sorry it did not meet expectations.

I think it is a beautiful bag even though it is a return. I don't have the Russel in Florentine yet. I have a pebble leather Small size. I couldn't tell from your video if the handles were worn, but it looked like they maybe got bent down a bit when normally when I see a Russel, the handles stick straight up. TFS

I Love the Medium Russel in Florentine, so sorry you got a return. I really wish “I Love Dooney” would do an “as is” like QVC, that way buyers are aware it’s a used bag and decide if they want to purchase it!
