@@lro721 ich baue derzeit eine VMC100 auf Mach3 um. Von den anderen Videos habe ich gesehen Ihr Standort müsste irgendwo im Inntal sein ? Falls ja würde ich mich über einen persönlichen Austausch freuen. Lg aus Volders.

What were you doing on the lathe with the wheel rim? You shaved the head and rehoned the cyldiner head? Did you replace the cylinders or something?
I polished the wheel rim on the lathe. I also rehoned the zylinder. New pistons with 45.00mm diameter were build in.
We wanted to retrofit a EMCO mill with similar tool changer but the retofitters didn't want because the tool changer is not umbrella type
Beautifull restoration. do you still hawe old magneto ignition and plate?
Thank you! Unfortunately was the original ignition gone and a piece of sheetmetal including the ignition of an Puch Maxi was mounted. Thats the reason (and of course for safety) why i installed a modern 12V ignition.

Very nice, I have a 71 which was restored with the same colour. Could you show the finished interior? I noted a deluxe clock I there too. 👍

Was it hard. to remove the seals?
If you heat them with a heat gun they come off easily.
@@lro721 I think I have a bad main seal. how long did it take for you to fix yours

@L Ro Hallo, tolle Maschine! Ich habe in einem deiner anderen Videos gelesen das du den Y - Verfahrweg auf 145mm erweitert hast. Wollte fragen wie man das erreichen kann, da ich selber gerade eine solche Maschine umbaue. Grüße und Vielen Dank
as far as upgrades what did you do? I am looking at a 125, but eventually want to put a new controller on it and find a way for a faster spindle
Nice piece of work but your 3rd tool is in upside down.. EMCO toolchangers are not designed to handle forces in that direction..

How are the machines, are they accurate and worth it to upgrade?
Definitly - I recently bought a second one. I made some Upgrades like 145mm travel in Y and toollength sensor. The machine works with good precision. The only bad thing is the spindlespeed when working with smaler tools like diameter 1mm or less.
