Ok the dio was literally 300 elo and i just played 4 games in a row... if you read the description i explicitly say 'Recorded pre-update btw, some characters you'll see are outdated' so illya was extremely mid, and ulq was strong but not as strong as current. im also not shit at the game

@coyotito2916 Pardon my French because I don't play ABA all that much. Balance could be out the window *2 - Space Ripper Stingy Eyes* Guardbreak (but not its main use), longer cooldown than the normal move. Slower start than the normal move. Tremendously more damage. Hovers. Too much endlag for extending, but it downslams on hit. *4 - J.C* Blockable, lower cooldown than the normal move. Faster start than normal move. Less damage. Moves you diagonally downward. When hitting an airborne target, you hover for easier ladders. Using Scales of Horror in this move's startup will follow the initial hit with a burst of hits akin to Yoruichi's Flash Combo, increasing the damage to Shadow The World's value. Unlike 'Hmph', this puts Scales of Horror on cooldown. (Maybe it's visualized with a 0.5 second timestop. One that doesn't actually stop time) It still won't guardbreak.

@gundir7504 hmph does put scales on cd tho, it's 14 seconds iirc. I mentioned it at the start. I could see it but it's very gimmicky, shadow dio I feel should stay simple. Srse tho I could see being added

Definitely not, 6 damage heal off a unblockable move is already good, and the dmg is also good

@veeseevif your making a character that has a lot of moveset potential, it should be added. If you ever played HFTF you would clearly know that every character has a huge move pool, it would make sense to keep it cannon/realistic to add the same moves from the original game.
