My sister also used to do those a lot. I remember her after her first.😅 It's very possible to do it without any training but your body will thank you later if u ease yourself into it. You don't have do much. Even if it's just by sourcing a treadmill and doing that once a week or taking walks 2-3 days every week, your body will be less likely to cramp and you'll feel less fatigue. Plus water. Water is very important.

I love your 'out & abouts' in Bergen. Brings back memories of my trip there almost 2 years ago (must go back soon) ... That Red Bull car seems familiar but the hotel I stayed at is in the same area as your appartement so it was en-route to and from the centre ...

It must be hard, having to pack a whole apartment worth of things that have followed you on your journey into suitcases. I know I would've gotten very emotional over the look of an empty room and having to say goodbye to a world that I had built there. I think you are very brave about doing it, and your sister is very kind to support you. Love ❤️
