I think the answer for Q 14 should be Major Risks rather than Time because there is zero tolerance for time and cost & we are observing a delay of a month which is leading to 7 months, so this should come under risk category rather than time, if they simply stated it will take 7 months then time would have been the correct answer. Please let me know if my understanding is incorrect.

Great video, and I have a question. During the portion of the video where you discuss Valuable investments, you showed a table for technical debt and the 6 relevant practices. You stated that there may be questions on the test that ask about practices related to technical debt. According to an outline I have, we need to know the practices related to valuable investments (Relationship Management and Portfolio Management), and not practices related to the individual techniques of valuable investments.

What would have made the very first question difficult (the banking question) is if along with the choice Digital Organization, another choice would have been Digital Transformation. "A banking organization has moved the majority of its services online and is closing down its branch offices." The correct answer is Digital Organization, but what if another choice was Digital Transformation? Recall the part of your video where you give examples of digital transformation - Moving from a physical to online store to expand presence. It seems both digital transformation and and digital organization are correct answers, which is why they are not both given as choices. I can only hope that is the case on the actual exam.
