I created this on the Behringer Model D. It’s not difficult… the one thing the Model D cannot replicate is the glide. There’s far more flexibility with glide on a Modular. But the three oscillators in square wave unison sounds great, and only the most picayune would get extremely bothered that the glide is not identical.

Yeah man… gotta hook up my Model D to my JP8000. Not “all analog” of course, but it’ll be fun nonetheless

Creativity is at its highest with this tune. For we have seen that even masters in electronic music such as Klaus Schulze, Tangerine Dream and any other of the same level and genre you may name, have all released a lot of disputable creations too. I mean, Klaus Schulze's production seriously declined from the mid-1980s on or thereabout, and Tangerine Dream seems to have encountered difficulties for reproducing the talent they demonstrated in albums and tracks such as "Phedra," "Poland," "Rubycon," "Tangram" and similar. I attribute this problem to the apparent simplicity of composing electronic, which proves to be very deceptive. Quite on the contrary, it is extremely difficult to be creative in this genre, perhaps because the possibilities that synthesizers and related sound effects offer to us are extremely numerous and varied, excessively seducing/enticing... easy in a word. We tend to get lazy as a result, and that's how our creativity gradually declines. "MONOTONO," here, is one those exceptional creations in electronic music one may find by happenstance on UA-cam. Often in such cases, I notice, their authors/composers/creators are unknown people... which is a shame for those who introduce themselves as "music producers". Congratulations, Mr. SynthAL. I feel lucky and flattered to have this opportunity to express my opinion personally to the so talented musician you are. I took the liberty to record "MONOTONO" for converting it to a .FLAC file and to play it on my HiFi gear and on my Smartphone alike, along with the others I also found on UA-cam.
