I have an Avata MK1 and did a fun-run with 2158m and still 25 megablips :P and yes, batteries leaking badly, I have same issue they are loosing charge

Awkward to open, and unattached by that top lip, which means you need a special technique to open it every time to avoid stressing / stretching that part, which will eventually break. OR you can get a thin strip of double-sided foam pad tape (like it should have come with), and stick that lip bit down so it doesn't flap about when you move the lid ! I have to say, having been testing mine for a few days now in bright sun, it is, at best, partially effective. To get it low enough to block the entire screen from the sun glare it needs to be at less than 60 degrees, at which point it starts blocking both your finger movements on the sticks and the screen itself. It would be helped greatly if all the light couldn't leak in from the sides, but it can, alas.

Does the return to home trigger point take wind into account? It was interesting to see only about 34% of the battery was needed to return.

I received mine yesterday. As I live in Thailand the sunglare is a serious problem. I yet have to test it. But no way the bag can be closed with everything inside and the sunhood on the RC2

I have a brand new mini 4 and my batteries are exactly the same, I wonder also if I need to cycle them, 3 batteries all the same, fly more combo

Heb sinds korte tijd ook de Dji mini 4 pro. Echter als ik +- 800 meter van de plek verwijderd ben en +- 120m hoogte zet is het signaal al zwak. Andere plekken ook geprobeerd zelfde situatie. Enig idee wat dit kan zijn?

My Mini 3 Pro also doesn't like power lines.

Are there nit 2 foldout antennas and one internal antenna on this controller? If so this is covering the antenna built in the top part controller. I wonder if this will affect transmission and reception?

Thanks, it's good to see in practical full flight and not just a highlight reel, this is what I wanted to see. How do you capture the RCII controller video with all the UI and telemetry, is that done with the SD card on the controller?

Thanks for these test videos, I'm about to purchase one and these were very helpful in a lot of ways, just watching the telemetry gave me a pretty good idea of what this drone is, and it seems great.

Most dji drones seem to get better signal when facing away from the RC. It's just antenna placement I guess

Heb zelf ook de M4P met FCC patch.maar over bewoond gebied valt de range nog tegen.iets beter dan de M3P . Je zou denken met occusync 4 en de extra antennes dat t veel verschil maakt. Bij mij iets van 600 meter extra

mine only went 1300m over houses but maybe a little better than the mini 3

Just a little note, I noticed, looking on the radar screen on your controller. You are not pointing the controller at the drone. When that little arrow is green you are pointing at the drone yours is blue Next time you fly, look at the home phone on your radar the whole point has a little arrow when you are pointing The controller directly towards the ground it will be green. It was about 24mph winds today and I was doing a rooftop inspection. The Mini 4 was being pushed around but I still managed to get the footage I needed

Nice one!!! I did the same test with my Mini Pro 4, on a windy day. It still performed really well for such a light device. I can't fault the Mini Pro 4.
